A senior UAE government executive with 20+ years of leadership across the Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Knowledge Village. Currently serving as Executive Director of Compliance at KHDA, Marwan brings deep expertise in regulatory governance, institutional compliance, and public-sector leadership — providing 7Sense with strong institutional credibility and UAE market insight.
Majid Khalfan Khalfan Quraiban Almheiri
A UAE national with 15+ years of experience in government and real estate, currently serving as Chief Specialist in Real Estate Studies at the Dubai Land Department (DLD), overseeing the Investment Promotion Centre. Majid's work spans investor visa facilitation, sustainable communities, and the Real Estate Investment Map — giving 7Sense direct access to Dubai's investment and property ecosystem.
